Return and refund policy
A. Order Adjustment or Cancellation
- You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request adjustments or cancellations.
- Email contact@unoherb.com with your order number to confirm changes.
- After 24 hours, orders may enter production or shipping and can no longer be canceled.
B. Returns (30-Day Window)
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unlit, and in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items: Used or burned candles, items marked “Final Sale”, gift cards, and digital/downloadable products.
How to Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return (photos encouraged for faster approval).
- Please wait for our Return Authorization and prepaid return label.
- Ship the item to:

Note: Returns sent without authorization may be rejected or returned at your expense.
C. Refunds
- Once your return is received, we will inspect it within 2 business days.
- If approved, refunds are initiated within 3 business days using your original payment method.
- Your bank, PayPal, or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post funds back to your account.
Total estimated refund time: from the day your return arrives at our facility, most customers receive funds back within 15 business days.
D. Exchanges
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return the original item unused, and once processed, you may place a new order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
E. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective/damaged or incorrect: Unoherb covers all return costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
F. Restocking Fees
No restocking fees apply to any return or exchange.
G. Damaged or Defective Items
Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days. In many cases, we will replace or refund without requiring a return.
